News of cyber -attacks and corporate data breaches have become an almost daily occurrence in our technology driven society. The risk of cyber-attacks and breaches pose a constant threat to the corporate world. Unfortunately, for some leading commercial enterprises, law firms and other third parties. These cyber failures have come at a great cost for the organization both from a financial and reputational perspective. In several recent surveys where CEOs of the 500 largest corporations along with Chief Legal Officers were interviewed, the common denominator in both roles was that they placed cyber risk and cybersecurity at the top of the issues that kept them up at night!

As part of our commitment to keeping our ARMA NJ members abreast of pertinent information governance trends, we invite you to join us for an interesting education and networking forum where leading Information Governance, Security and Risk panelists will discuss how the need for enhanced cybersecurity and an understanding of the associated cyber-risks are forever enmeshed within our corporate societies.

The event will be held at the offices of BDO located in Woodbridge, NJ. Enjoy delicious food and beverages while networking with RIM and IG colleagues and business partners.  The pertinent and timely topic of CyberSecurity and its impact on all of our organizations will prove to be a session with lots of takeaway information that you’ll be able to apply within your office environment.

The registration fee for ARMA NJ Chapter members, as well as any other ARMA Chapter members, is $30, and $40 for non-ARMA members prior to January 12th. An additional $5 will be charged after January 11th or for “walk-ins.” Get a jump on savings and register now!
